Brittany Murphy’s husband tries to stop autopsy on Brittany. TMZ is now saying that multiple sources told them that Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack told the hospital staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he didn’t want an autopsy to be performed on Brittany Murphy. However,even though he does not want the autopsy done, the L.A. County Coroner’s office will go ahead and perform the autopsy on Brittany Murphy.

The LAPD also launched a death investigation. As reported earlier today, Brittany was found unconscious by her mother in the shower at around 8am this morning. She called the paramedics who immediately confirmed that she had went into cardiac arrest when they arrived on the scene. They performed numerous CPR attempts to no avail.

TMZ has also just reported some new info. They say her mother told paramedics that Brittany had a history of diabetes. However,it’s not known whether she really had diabetes,or if that lead to her death. Stay tuned because it sounds really fishy that her husband wouldn’t want an autopsy. Something was going on in this case,for sure.
