Rapper, Lil Wayne avoids getting charged in drug bust the other day. According to TMZ, rapstar Lil Wayne was able to escape a drug bust in Texas the other day without incurring any charges,which is really lucky for him since is going to prison for a year,already.

They report that Lil Wayne and 11 other people were detained in Falfurrias,Texas by the United States Border Patrol after they found marijuana on Lil Wayne’s tour bus. The Border Patrol said they questioned Lil Wayne and all the others,and that charges are pending. However, TMZ said Lil Wayne’s lawyer told them some of the others did receive citations,but Lil Wayne did not. Again,that’s really lucky for him.

As previously reported, Lil Wayne is going to be spending a year in jail because of a weapon possession charge that he incurred in 2007. He’s scheduled for sentencing in February.
