Brittany Murphy created a will that leaves entire estate to her mother. According to TMZ, Brittany Murphy created a will,which she executed before she met her husband, Simon Monjack. They say her will left her estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy. The house that Brittany died in was held in a trust, which was created 7 years before she met Simon Monjack. He’s also not listed on the title.

It’s unknown whether Brittany amended her will after she was married. So far,there’s no evidence that Murphy drafted an amendment to the will.

In other Brittany Murphy news,the Coroner completed the autopsy on her earlier today,and there was no evidence of foul play discovered. They were also unable to find a cause of death. The Coroner is currently waiting for toxicology reports to come back before he determines the cause of Brittany Murphy’s death.
