High School Musical’s Vanessa Hudgens to sue over her nude pics. According to TMZ, “High School Musical” star, Vanessa Hudgens is set to sue a website called moejackson.com for posting nude “self portrait photographs” of Vanessa and refusing to take them down. Apparently the photos were taken in her private home from a cell phone.

They say the lawsuit explains how the photos were leaked,stating, “The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent.” Vanessa also registered the nude photos with the U.S. Copyright Office,and her lawyers were saying it’s a copyright violation. However, Butter Media,which is the company that owns the website, was removed.

In light of that, Vanessa has filed a federal lawsuit and is asking the judge for an injunction to order the site to take the photos down. She also wants damages.
