Natalie White convincingly wins “Survivor: Samoa” season 19. Tonight’s 3 hour finale show started off with a brief recap of the entire season. They showed two regular shows. Then, they aired the live reunion show where the winner was announced.

In the first regular show, Russell was still wanting to get Brett out. In fact, everyone wanted Brett out. They immediately headed over to their next immunity challenge,which involved putting a puzzle together. Brett won it again to take immunity for a 3rd consecutive time. Russell decided he wanted to keep Natalie and get rid of Jaison,so he pitched the idea to Mick.

James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ movie tops the worldwide box office with 232 million. According to Reuters, James Cameron’s “Avatar” movie earned an estimated $232.2 million from North America and 106 foreign markets. However,it’s reported that the movie cost at least $300 million dollars to make,so it has a little ways to go to break even. I’m pretty sure it will, though. Avatar’s opening is the 9th biggest opening of all time.

“Avatar” made $73 million dollars in North America,alone,but they were looking to make $85 million so they fell a little short. The top foreign countries were Russia with $21 million, France with $19 million,and the U.K. with $14.2 million. The record for a worldwide opening was set by “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” back in July of this year with $394 million. “Twilight Saga: New Moon” had a $275 million opening last month. Brittany Murphy’s husband tries to stop autopsy on Brittany. TMZ is now saying that multiple sources told them that Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack told the hospital staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he didn’t want an autopsy to be performed on Brittany Murphy. However,even though he does not want the autopsy done, the L.A. County Coroner’s office will go ahead and perform the autopsy on Brittany Murphy.

The LAPD also launched a death investigation. As reported earlier today, Brittany was found unconscious by her mother in the shower at around 8am this morning. She called the paramedics who immediately confirmed that she had went into cardiac arrest when they arrived on the scene. They performed numerous CPR attempts to no avail. ‘The Book of Eli’ movie releases new intense, action filled, 2nd TV spot. Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new, 2nd, TV spot for the new Denzel Washington action flick, “The Book of Eli.” It also stars : Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis, Ray Stevenson, Jennifer Beals, and Evan Jones.
The new TV spot shows a couple of unseen clips from the movie,along with already seen clips from the movie trailer.

“The Book of Eli” revolves around a lone warrior (Denzel Washington) who must fight to bring society the knowledge,which could be the key to its redemption. However, Carnegie (Gary Oldman) is the despot of a small makeshift town who’s determined to take possession of the book Eli is guarding. Read the rest of this entry »

Movie Star, Brittany Murphy surprisingly died abruptly today. TMZ is sadly reporting that famous movie star, Brittany Murphy died earlier this morning after going into full cardiac arrest,and could not be revived. She was 32 years old.

They say a 911 call was made by her mother at 8am this morning. Her mother called them from Brittany’s husband’s home in Los Angeles, California. Brittany was later taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center,and they said she was dead on arrival. Brittany Murphy played in movies like: “Clueless,” “8 mile,” and “Don’t Say a Word.” I particularly remember her from “8 mile” with rapper, Eminem. Read the rest of this entry »

‘Sherlock Holmes’ movie releases very interesting 11th new movie clip. Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new,interesting 11th movie clip (below) for “Sherlock Holmes.” It stars : Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong, Eddie Marsan, and Kelly Reilly. This clip looks very interesting as it lays out the plan for what they need Sherlock Holmes to do. “Sherlock Holmes” hits theaters this weekend.

The clip shows men explaining to Sherlock Holmes what the evil Lord Blackwood has done in the past,butchering young girls and such to enhance his powers.However, no one could prove anything. His power is growing daily,and he’s becoming more dangerous. Read the rest of this entry »

Taylor Lautner & Taylor Swift get romantic in the new ‘Valentine’s Day’ movie trailer. New Line Cinemas has released its first theatrical trailer (below) for the new romantic comedy, “Valentine’s day.” It looks real funny,and it shows when New Moon star, Taylor Lautner and Country music star, Taylor Swift first hooked up. They really get romantic in this film,and it looks like it carried on into real life.

This movie is also filled with an all-star cast that includes: Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts, Hector Elizondo, Bryce Robinson, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Carter Jenkins, Jamie Foxx, and Queen Latifah. Choreographer, Shane Sparks gets out of jail & claims he was setup. According to TMZ,famous choreographer,Shane Sparks posted bail last night,which was like half a million dollars. Damn,Shane ! So, he’s now out of jail,and his lawyer said that he’s ready to fight an extortion case. They say he called it “extortion, Hollywood style.”

Shane Sparks is a choreographer for Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance,” and MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew.” He was arrested two days ago,and was charged with eight counts of child molestation. However, TMZ says his attorney, Steve Meister says the whole thing “stinks to high heaven” because the girl that’s accusing him of the crime waited 15 years before she decided to report this,and it also happens to be at a time when Shane Sparks is famous. Rapper, Lil Wayne avoids getting charged in drug bust the other day. According to TMZ, rapstar Lil Wayne was able to escape a drug bust in Texas the other day without incurring any charges,which is really lucky for him since is going to prison for a year,already.

They report that Lil Wayne and 11 other people were detained in Falfurrias,Texas by the United States Border Patrol after they found marijuana on Lil Wayne’s tour bus. The Border Patrol said they questioned Lil Wayne and all the others,and that charges are pending. However, TMZ said Lil Wayne’s lawyer told them some of the others did receive citations,but Lil Wayne did not. Again,that’s really lucky for him. Read the rest of this entry »

Cowboy’s Nick Folk misses easy 24 yard field goal & is getting evaluated. According to the Dallas news, Dallas Cowboy’s Nick Folk missed another field goal attempt in tonight’s game,with only 2:16 to play. The general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones said he is now going to evaluate it. He stated, “I’ll look at that as early as tonight and tomorrow.”

It’s strange because Nick Folk made a long 44 yard field goal to end the first half and put the Cowboys in the lead 17-3,but missed his third field goal try that was less than 30 yards when it was really important. Luckily the Cowboys were still able to pull out a 24-17 victory over the Saints,ending their undefeated winning streak. Read the rest of this entry »
