‘It’s Complicated’ movie got pretty good reviews from top movie critics. Universal Picture’s new romantic comedy, “It’s Complicated” hit theaters today,and the reviews are in. They look pretty good. It got all Bs,and just one C. It stars: Meryl Streep, Steve Martin, Alec Baldwin, John Krasinski, Lake Bell, Zoe Kazan, Mary Kay Place, Nora Dunn, Bruce Altman, and Rita Wilson.
Roger Ebert from the Chicago Sun-Times gave it a B-. He said, “It’s Complicated is perfectly plausible if you are only willing to believe that Meryl Streep sells a whole lot of muffins.”
Lisa Schwarzbaum over at Entertainment Weekly gave it a B rating. He said, ” It’s Complicated is middle-aged porn, the specialty of Meyers, who also set ladies and interior decorators drooling over homes and gardens in 2006′s The Holiday. Read the rest of this entry »

‘Nine’ movie gets “OK” reviews from top movie critics. The Weinstein Company’s new feature film entitled, “Nine” hit theaters today,and it garnered “just ok” reviews from top movie critics,mostly getting Cs,two Bs,and two Ds. It stars : Daniel Day-Lewis, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson, Stacy Ferguson, and Sophia Loren
Owen Gleiberman from Entertainment Weekly gave it a C. He said, “If there’s a lesson to be learned from Nine, it’s that writer’s block is not a great subject for a musical.”
Chris Barsanti over at Filmcritic.com gave it a C. He stated, he was “wandering, sporadically entertaining.” Kirk Honeycutt gave it a C. Pictures new “Sherlock Holmes” movie starring Robert Downey Jr. hit theaters today,and the top movie critics appear to be pretty happy with it,giving it great reviews. It got mostly Bs and only two Cs. It stars: Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong, Eddie Marsan, and Kelly Reilly.
Roger Ebert from the Chicago Sun-Times gave it a B. He said, “Guy Ritchie’s film is filled with sensational sights, over-the-top characters and a desperate struggle atop Tower Bridge.”

Critics give ‘Alvin And The Chipmunks’ Squeakuel mediocre reviews. 20th Century Fox’s new family comedy movie, “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel” hit theaters two days ago. The top movie critics thought this installment was less-than-stellar,giving it some pretty mediocre reviews. However,it did get one B,but mostly Cs and one D was what this movie scored.
Owen Gleiberman at Entertainment Weekly gave it a C-. He said, it was a “A slapstick pacifier.” Betsy Sharkey from the Los Angeles Times gave it a B . She stated, ” The fun follow-up to the 2007 blockbuster is filled with teen chipmunk drama.”

‘Sherlock Holmes’ movie releases new action filled movie clip. Warner Bros. Pictures has come out with another movie clip (below) for it’s new action,adventure,mystery flick, “Sherlock Holmes,” which hits theaters tomorrow. It stars: Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong, Eddie Marsan, and Kelly Reilly.
In “Sherlock Holmes,” Robert Downey Jr. plays Sherlock Holmes in a new dynamic portrayal of Arthur Conan Doyle’s most famous characters. It sends Sherlock and his partner, Dr. John Watson (Jude Law) on their latest challenge.

The Pope got knocked down by a crazy lady in exclusive news video clip. According to the Examiner,the Pope Benedict XVI got knocked to the ground after a crazy woman jumped the barricade at a Christmas Eve Mass in St. Peter’s Basilica earlier today.
The Pope was knocked down as he walked down the main aisle to begin the Christmas Eve Mass. After the pope got knocked to the ground, he was helped to his feet,and was reported to be unharmed. He continued the Christmas service,according to father Federico Lombardi.
