‘Redbox’ seeks to quickly remove ironic Brittany Murphy ‘Deadline’ movie posters. TMZ reports that the “Deadline” movie posters which give a very ironic display of the way Brittany Murphy died, are being recalled by the Redbox DVD rental company.

They say the DVD company is moving fast to remove the outdoor promotional “Deadline” movie posters of Brittany Murphy’s lifeless body in a bathtub. “Redbox” officials say that starting today, they have field teams set out to remove the “Deadline” box art from the kiosk displays. Brittany Murphy’s home becomes part of a ‘Haunted Hollywood Tour’ stop. According to TMZ, Brittany Murphy’s home has become part of a “Haunted Hollywood Tours” stop. They took pictures of the company tour van driving past the house that Brittany died in yesterday. Brittany’s Husband, Simon Monjack is reported to still be living there.

As previously reported, Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning due to cardiac arrest. Her mother,Sharon found her and called paramedics while her husband tried to revive her. The paramedics tried numerous times to revive her,but she was unresponsive.

When they arrived at the hospital,she was unfortunately pronounced dead. An autopsy was performed on her body on Monday,but a cause of death couldn’t be determined. Read the rest of this entry »

Brittany Murphy’s funeral gets scheduled for Christmas Eve. According to Radaronline.com, Brittany Murphy’s funeral is scheduled to be held during the day on Christmas Eve at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, California.

As previously reported, Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning due to full cardiac arrest after feeling very sick and vomiting. Her mother found her in the bathroom and called paramedics. They attempted to revive her numerous times,but she was nonresponsive,and unfortunately pronounced dead when they arrived at the hospital. Read the rest of this entry »

Christian Musician, Derek Loux dies due to fatal car crash. According to various news sources, Christian musician, Derek Loux has died. They say he suffered a serious car accident while he was in Nebraska for a ministry trip. He was also a director of Forerunner Music Academy at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City.

He released an album entitled, “Paper Religion” about two years ago. His music had always been a part of Christian worship. He was also a part of the senior leadership team ,a worship leader in the House of Prayer,and a conference speaker for the IHOP-KC. Read the rest of this entry »

Producers look to find replacement for Brittany Murphy’s latest role. According to TMZ,the producers behind the latest film that Brittany Murphy was starring in, are looking to move forward with the movie project.

The movie is called, “Shrinking Charlotte,” and the producer Darren VanCleave said they also plan to dedicate the film to Brittany Murphy. Darren VanCleave said he hasn’t thought about who will be replacing Brittany at this time. The movie was originally set to release in early 2010, but now, the filming alone, has been put on hold until the 2010 new year.

As previously reported, Brittany Murphy unfortunately passed away on Sunday from suffering full cardiac arrest. An autopsy was performed on Monday,but came back inconclusive. Read the rest of this entry »

First ‘Karate Kid’ remake movie trailer hits the net & shows great action. Columbia Pictures has just released the first new “Karate Kid” remake movie trailer yesterday,and I must say that it looks better than I thought it would. It appears to have a lot of action in it,and good fight scenes. The movie stars: Jackie Chan, Jaden Smith, and Taraji P. Henson.

“The Karate Kid” remake revolves around characters, Dre Parker (Jaden Smith) and Mr. Han (Jackie Chan). It’s set in an exotic Asian locale,and borrows elements from the original “Karate Kid” movie where young Dre Parker learns to stand up for himself with the help of an eccentric mentor, Mr. Han. ‘Sex And The City 2′ releases its first movie trailer online. New Line Cinemas released the first movie trailer (below) for their popular romantic,comedy flick, “Sex and the City” 2. It stars : Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Jason Lewis, Mario Cantone, and Willie Garson.

Alvin scores a touchdown in new ‘Alvin And The Chipmunks’ 2 movie clip. 20th Century Fox’s new “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel” movie just hit theaters today,and we’ve go another clip from the movie. In this clip (below), Alvin scores the game winning touchdown pass in a very unique way. The movie stars: Jason Lee, Justin Long, David Cross, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jesse McCartney, Anna Faris, Christina Applegate, Amy Poehler, and Zachary Levi.

TMZ to launch new TMZ sports site. According to sportsbybrooks.com, Harvey Levin,along with Warner Bros. are going to start a sports-only website entitled, “TMZSports.com”. They say it’s supposed to launch sometime in the next couple of months.

It’s going to be like TMZ’s entertainment gossip site,but only for sports. TMZsports is supposed to go online after Warner Bros. takes over complete control of the TMZ franchise from AOL. TMZ is contractually obligated to remain with AOL.com for another year. Read the rest of this entry »
