Howard Stern’s Artie Lange gets rushed to the Hospital.TMZ reported earlier this morning, that comedian,actor,author,and radio show personality, Artie Lange got rushed to the hospital in New Jersey yesterday for undisclosed reasons. They say a representative for Artie Lange told them that they could confirm Artie is in the hospital,but not much else.

The representative stated, “I can confirm that Artie is in the hospital. Artie has chosen to keep all information on this matter between him and his doctor. There will be no further comment.” Artie Lange has apparently been missing in action from “The Howard Stern Show” for the past few weeks, they report. Artie Lange joined the Howard Stern Show fulltime back in 2001 as a replacement for funny man Jackie Martling.

In early December, Artie left the Howard Stern Show for an indefinite period of time without announcing it. Howard Stern commented on it by saying, “I can’t reveal anything about Artie’s not being here and until later, Artie won’t be coming back to the show.”
