Sarah Palin signs multiyear deal with Fox News to be a contributor. According to the New York Times Mediadecoder blog, Sarah Palin who is the former governor of Alaska and 2008 vice presidential candidate, has signed on to be a contributor to Fox News. They say that the network has confirmed that Ms. Palin is going to appear on the show on a regular basis as part of a multiyear deal. The financial terms were not made available at this time.
They also report that, Sarah will not have her own regular program. She will just host a series that will run on the network from time to time. The Fox News deal also reportedly appears to give her room to pursue other things in television. The Fox News deal was formally announced yesterday afternoon. Sarah Palin said that she is thrilled to be on the show by stating, “I am thrilled to be joining the great talent and management team at Fox News. It’s wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news.”
