Fox ‘Glee’ gets Neil Patrick Harris to appear on the show. Michael Ausiello over at “Entertainment Weekly” reports that Fox’s hit show, “Glee” is getting “How I Met Your Mother” star, Neil Patrick Harris to appear in one of their episodes. Michael says that “Glee” creator, Ryan Murphy is creating a role for Neil Patrick Harris,which will include a little song and dance. Also, CBS has to give their approval for Neil to appear on the show,but “How I Met Your Mother” and “Glee” are both produced by 20th Century Fox so there shouldn’t be to much turbulence in that area.

In other “Glee” news, the show recently won “Best Television Series” at the 2010 “Golden Globe” awards the other night. The show’s creators and cast thanked their fans,stating, “We would like to thank all the wonderful people who actually thought a musical would work on primetime television. This show is about a lot of things — it’s about the importance of arts education, and this is for anybody and everybody who got a wedgie in high school.” “Glee” is scheduled to return in April.
