Sam gets switched to another body & more in CW’s “Supernatural” episode 12 of season 5. We’ve got a few spoilers for the show,along with a promo clip after the jump. The episode is entitled, “Swap Meat,” and it entails Sam getting switched into a different body, so the title is a good one.

In “Swap Meat” episode, a character named Gary (guest star Colton James) who is a teenage nerd will conjure up a body-switching spell and switch bodies with Sam. Gary will be thrilled by his new handsome and built body, and will investigate a case with Dean. Gary will start to take advantage of his good looks and age by hitting on women and getting drunk. Meanwhile, Sam will be stuck in Gary’s teenage body and have to deal with Gary’s intrusive parents and high school. Also from the promo, it looks like this Gary character will start to get pretty dangerous.

“Supernatural” episode 12 of season 5 airs Thursday January 28 at 8pm central time on the CW.
