‘Dancing With The Stars’ Loses Co-Host Samantha Harris For Other Gigs

‘Dancing With The Stars’ loses co-host Samantha Harris for other gigs. According to Zap2it, Dancing with the Stars’ loses its co-host for the past eight seasons, Samantha Harris because she wants to focus on other gigs. ABC hasn’t yet found a replacement for her. Conrad Green who is the executive producer of the show said it was great working with her. He stated, “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Samantha since she joined the ‘DWTS’ team in season 2. She will be much missed, but always part of the ‘DWTS’ family. We support her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”
Samantha Harris told People Magazine that she’s leaving “Dancing With The Stars” to focus more on her other gigs. She’s a correspondent for “The Insider” and works at “Entertainment Tonight Weekend.” She said, “I interned at ‘Entertainment Tonight’ 15 years ago, the summer after my sophomore year at Northwestern, and I dreamed of working in the same space as hosts Mary Hart and Mark Steines,” she tells the magazine. “Now I’m living that dream.”
She said that she loved working on “Dancing With The Stars.” She stated, it “could not have been more of a dream job. I loved every single second of it, and I’ve made lifelong friends at the show.” You can read the story over at Zap2it by Clicking Here.
