Fox ‘Glee’ to do open casting calls in February for season 2. Alright, “Glee” fans and wanna be “Glee” actresses and actors, Fox has announced on it’s website that they will be doing open casting calls sometime in February. They say the executive producers of “Glee” will begin a nationwide casting search this February to fill three new roles for Glee’s 2nd season. “Entertainment Weekly” has reported that the three new roles will be for a Eve Harrington-esque rival for Rachel, a gay jock-slash-boyfriend for Kurt, and an R&B singing teen, AKA “a male Mercedes.

The auditions will be open to professionals and amateurs that are between the ages of 16-26. Everyone who is auditioning will be able to submit their auditions online. The actual dates have not been given yet,but if you would like to audition, you will need to keep checking the Fox/Glee audition website regularly. You can visit their website by Clicking Here.
