The Justice League gets into action & more in CW’s “Smallville” episode 11 of season 9. We’ve got spoilers for the episode,along with a promo clip after the jump. The episode is entitled, “Absolute Justice,” and it will bring the Justice League aboard for some intense action and more in a two hour special.

In “Absolute Justice” episode, A man named Sylvester Pemberton will track down Chloe and tell her he knows about her team of superheroes and needs their help. Unfortunately,he will get attacked and killed by Icicle (guest star Wesley Macinnes). Clark and Chloe’s investigation will lead Clark to the former headquarters of the Justice Society of America where he will meet up with Nelson aka Dr. fate (guest star Brent Stait),Carter Hall AKA Hawkman (guest star Michael Shanks), and Courtney AKA Star Girl (guest star Britt Irvin).

Courtney will plead with Hawkman and Dr. Fate to help her catch the killer that is targeting their group,but they will be reluctant to resume their duties as superheroes. Clark, John Jones (guest star Phil Morris), Green Arrow, and Chloe will team up to help the JSA stop Icicle before he murders another member of the group. Meanwhile, Lois will receive a package from a mysterious agency called Checkmate,which is run by Amanda Waller. This will be a two-hour episode,packed with a lot off action,and Tom Welling directed the 2nd hour.

“Smallville” episode 11 of season 9 airs this Friday February 5 at 7pm central time on the CW.
