Jersey Shore’s Mike ‘The Situation’ seen judging an ab competition. According to TMZ, Mike Sorrentino better known as “The Situation” from MTV’s new hit reality show, “Jersey Shore,” was spotted judging an ab competition the other night. They say Mike “The Situation” was joined by one of his other housemates, Jenni ‘J-Woww’ as they toured a Mansion in Miami on Wednesday. Fox ‘Glee’ to do open casting calls in February for season 2. Alright, “Glee” fans and wanna be “Glee” actresses and actors, Fox has announced on it’s website that they will be doing open casting calls sometime in February. They say the executive producers of “Glee” will begin a nationwide casting search this February to fill three new roles for Glee’s 2nd season. “Entertainment Weekly” has reported that the three new roles will be for a Eve Harrington-esque rival for Rachel, a gay jock-slash-boyfriend for Kurt, and an R&B singing teen, AKA “a male Mercedes.

The auditions will be open to professionals and amateurs that are between the ages of 16-26. Everyone who is auditioning will be able to submit their auditions online. Read the rest of this entry »

Zac Efron to become a spy in new ‘Fire’ movie role. According to heatvisionblog and Zap2it,movie star, Zac Efron is set to become a spy in his next movie role . The movie will be called, “Fire.” They say Universal Studios has picked up the rights to the movie,which is originally a graphic novel by Brian Michael Bendis. Zac Efron will be playing the lead role,and will also executive produce the movie with his manager, Jason Barrett.

The movie was written by Michael Bendis before he became a top writer for Marvel Comics. In the film, Zac Efron will play a college student who is recruited by the CIA, but later on, he finds out that he has been trained for a special program that creates expendable agents. Sam’s existence gets threatened & more in CW’s “Supernatural” episode 13 of season 5. We’ve got a few spoilers for the show,along with a promo clip after the jump. Stefan & Damon explore bad history & more in CW’s “Vampire Diaries” episode 13 of season 1. We’ve got some spoilers for the episode,along with a promo clip after the jump. The episode is entitled, “Children Of The Damned.” Stefan and Damon will be exploring some bad history in a couple of flashback scenes and more.

In “Children Of The Damned” episode, Stefan and Damon will have flashbacks where they recall long-ago actions that were taken by the townspeople including their father, Guiseppe Salvatore (guest star James Remar) and Pearl (guest star Kelly Hu), which led to devastating events that caused the rift in their relationship. Critics gave Mel Gibson’s ‘Edge Of Darkness’ movie really good reviews. Warner Bros. Pictures has unleashed its new Mel Gibson thriller movie, “Edge of Darkness” today,and the top movie critics seem to think it’s pretty damn good. It mostly got Bs across the board and only two Cs. It stars: Mel Gibson, Ray Winstone, Danny Huston, Shawn Roberts, Bojana Novakovic, Frank Grillo, and Gbenga Akinnagbe.

Sam Allis from the Boston Globe gave it a B-. He stated, “Gibson returns to the screen stripped of his glamour. It’s a smart way to go.” Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun-Times gave it another B-. He said, “(Mel Gibson) remains a likable man with a natural screen presence.”

Michael Philips over at the Chicago Tribune gave it a B rating. He said, “conflicted but entertaining.” Read the rest of this entry »

Top movie critics give ‘When In Rome’ movie poor reviews. Touchstone pictures has released its new comedy, “When In Rome” today,which stars one of my favorite actresses, Kristen Bell. However, it has gotten some pretty poor reviews from top movie critics. It got nothing but Ds and Cs from them,but I’ll still go and see it. It looks pretty funny. It also stars: Josh Duhamel, Will Arnett, Alexis Dziena, Jon Heder, Dax Shepard, Kate Micucci, Bobby Moynihan, Danny DeVito, and Anjelica Huston.

Janice Page over at the Boston Globe gave it a D. She said it was, “predictably charmless and forgettable.” Michael Philips from the Chicago Tribune gave it a D +. He stated, “Certain scenes in When in Rome signify nothing less than the death of screen slapstick.” Read the rest of this entry »

‘Dancing With The Stars’ loses co-host Samantha Harris for other gigs. According to Zap2it, Dancing with the Stars’ loses its co-host for the past eight seasons, Samantha Harris because she wants to focus on other gigs. ABC hasn’t yet found a replacement for her. Conrad Green who is the executive producer of the show said it was great working with her. He stated, “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Samantha since she joined the ‘DWTS’ team in season 2. She will be much missed, but always part of the ‘DWTS’ family. We support her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Samantha Harris told People Magazine that she’s leaving “Dancing With The Stars” to focus more on her other gigs. She’s a correspondent for “The Insider” and works at “Entertainment Tonight Weekend.” Read the rest of this entry »

The ‘Bachelor’ 14′s Vienna posed almost topless for a calendar . According to Zap2it, Vienna Girardi who is one of the contestants still in the running to claim “The Bachelor” 14′s Jake Pavelka as her man, recently posed nearly topless in a pinup calendar . She actually has a nicer body than I thought too.

WWE’s Greg Helms allegedly hit a woman & others in arrest case. According to TMZ, WWE wrestling superstar, Greg Helms has now been accused of hitting a couple of people, including a woman in the public intoxication taxi cab arrest at a gas station the other morning. They say Greg “Hurricane” Helms allegedly smacked several people,including a woman before he and another WWE superstar Christ Jericho were arrested at a Kentucky gas station yesterday.

Several people were in the taxi cab with Greg Helms and Chris Jericho when things got violent. The cops spoke to several of the people,and they said that Greg Helms hit three people,including Chris Jericho. Read the rest of this entry »
