Punxsutawney Phil’s groundhog saw his shadow for more winter. According to the Huffington Post, Punxsutawney Phil’s groundhog did indeed see his shadow today,which is supposed to mean we should see another six weeks of winter. However, they also say that none of the other groundhogs saw their shadow. They report that Buckeye Chuck, Staten Island Chuck, Jimmy The Groundhog, and General Lee Groundhog never saw their shadow today.

Jimmy the Groundhog was treated like a star,and given a freshly cleared path in Sun Prairie,Wisconsin,but he didn’t see his shadow. The Marion Star said Buckeye Chuck of Ohio didn’t see his shadow. Mayor Bloomberg in New York declared that Staten Island Chuck didn’t see nothin either. Then in Georgia, they did have some technical difficulties at first,but in the end,everything came together for the General Lee Groundhog,but he did not see any shadow of any sort. The Punxsutawney Phil groundhog does have a really big online following,and is the only one who saw a shadow,so I’m not sure what the heck gonna happen.
