The 2010 Oscar Award nominations get revealed. The Official 2010, 82nd annual Oscar Award nominations have been revealed today,and here they are: “Avatar,” ‘‘The Blind Side,” ‘‘District 9,” ‘‘An Education,” ‘‘The Hurt Locker,” ‘‘Inglourious Basterds,” ‘‘Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire,” ‘‘A Serious Man,” ‘‘Up,” and ‘‘Up in the Air” are up for “Best Picture.”

Jeff Bridges,George Clooney, Colin Firth, Morgan Freeman, Jeremy Renner are up for “Best Actor.” Sandra Bullock, Helen Mirren, Carey Mulligan, Gabourey Sidibe, and Meryl Streep are up for “Best Actress.”

Matt Damon, “Invictus”; Woody Harrelson, “The Messenger”; Christopher Plummer, “The Last Station”; Stanley Tucci, “The Lovely Bones”; and Christoph Waltz, “Inglourious Basterds” are up for best “Supporting Actor.”

Penelope Cruz, Vera Farmiga, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Anna Kendrick, and Mo’Nique are up for best “Supporting Actress.” James Cameron, Kathryn Bigelow, Quentin Tarantino, Lee Daniels, and Jason Reitman are up for “Best Director.”

“Ajami,” Israel; “El Secreto de Sus Ojos,” Argentina; “The Milk of Sorrow,” Peru; and “Un Prophete,” France; “The White Ribbon,” Germany are up for “Best Foreign Language Film.” Neill Blomkamp and Terri Tatchell, Nick Hornby, Jesse Armstrong, Simon Blackwell, Armando Iannucci, Tony Roche, Geoffrey Fletcher, Jason Reitman and Sheldon Turner are up for “Best Adapted Screenplay.”

Mark Boal, Quentin Tarantino, Alessandro Camon and Oren Moverman, Joel Coen and Ethan Coen, Bob Peterson, Pete Docter, and Tom McCarthy are up for “Best Original Screenplay.”

“Coraline”; “Fantastic Mr. Fox”; “The Princess and the Frog”; “The Secret of Kells”; and “Up” are up for “Best Animated Feature Film.” Avatar,” ‘‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus,” ‘‘Nine,” ‘‘Sherlock Holmes,” and ‘‘The Young Victoria” are up for “Best Art Direction.”
