Brittany Murphy’s memorial gets canceled for no known reason. According to TMZ, Brittany Murphy’s memorial got mysteriously canceled for no known reason as of right now. They say Brittany Murphy’s husband ,all of a sudden, called off a fundraising party he was throwing in her honor,scheduled for tomorrow night and he won’t give a reason why.

Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack planned a huge launch party for Thursday night for his new Brittany Murphy Foundation,which is an organization that’s supposed to be dedicated to arts education for children. Simon had reportedly been soliciting $1,000 donations per person to attend. However, a couple of days before it was supposed to go down, someone called the Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts and told the Rabbi to put the event on hold because the party is off.

Simon says the party has just been postponed,but hasn’t set any future dates yet. The guest received emails from someone at the Brittany Murphy Foundation saying, “So sorry but the memorial has been canceled due to an illness in the family.” Also, Rabbi David Baron said the person who called in to cancel the event,never even gave them their name or a reason.
