It’s Derek Hough from ABC’s hit show, “Dancing With The Stars” showing off his ripped 24 year old abs while working out. A couple of weeks ago, I posted a few pics of Karina Smirnoff from “Dancing With The Stars” for the guys. Now, it’s the ladies’ turn . These damn dancers stay in really good shape.

According to TMZ, Derek was running the Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles two days ago. I’m guessing he’s gearing up for the 10th season of “Dancing With The Stars.” He made it pretty deep in the competition in season 9, while being partnered with the beautiful model, Joanna Krupa. I forget exactly where they placed,but they did make it very far in the competition,which Donny Osmond and his partner ultimately won. It’s now reported that the blonde bombshell, Pamela Anderson is scheduled to compete in the 10th season of “Dancing With The Stars.” I wonder if Derek Hough will be the lucky male pro who gets to work with her.
