Twilight’s Taylor Lautner gets another movie role in ‘Stretch Armstrong’. According to Access Hollywood, Taylor Lautner who plays Jacob Black in the popular “Twilight Saga” movies, has just landed yet another new movie role in “Stretch Armstrong.” This kid doesn’t turn anything down. I’ve lost count of how many movies he’s been cast for now.

Access says that Universal Pictures confirmed that he will star in their new movie entitled “Stretch Armstrong.” The character is based on the Hasbro toy and will be in 3-D,with a release date being sometime in 2012. Donna Langley who is the co-chairman of Universal Pictures said, “In the past two years, Taylor has emerged as a real star at the global box office. He brings the perfect balance of energy and athleticism to the role of an unlikely super hero with a fantastic super power. We couldn’t be more pleased that he has agreed to be our Stretch.”

They set the film to have a 2012 release date so Taylor will have time to work on his numerous other films,which include: “Max Steel,” “Northern Lights,” “Cancun,” and of course “Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” and a potential “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” filming.
