Howard Stern says it’s possible he could replace Simon on American Idol. According to TV.com , the outrageous radio show personality, Howard Stern said it’s possible that he could replace Simon Cowell on the Fox hit talent show, “American Idol,” but they would have to pay him a ton of dough to do it.

They say that Howard confirmed the rumor yesterday that FOX had contacted him about replacing Simon Cowell on “American Idol” next year. Howard said that there wouldn’t be a better job than that,but he would need a lot of dough. He stated, “There’s not a better job on the planet than judging that f—ing karaoke contest. It might be possible, we’ll see. They’d have to pay me a ton of dough because I already make a ton of dough.” Howard Stern currently has a contract with Sirius Satellite Radio for $500 million dollars over five years. However,it will expire at the end of this year. I personally would love to see him do the show. I think he’d be more brutal then Simon.
