‘American Idol’ 9 revealed seven of the top 24 contestants tonight. The show kicked off by showing footage from the final audition rounds in Hollywood to decide the final 46 contestants. Some did good, and some did not so good. After showing about an hour of final round footage, the judges did the traditional three-room walk where they had to tell one room full of hopefuls that they should hope no more, and didn’t make it to the final 46. Of course, the other two rooms were very happy when they found out they made it.
After that, The final judge’s decision for the top 24 took place, for the first time, in the world famous Kodak Theater. They did show seven of them, though. Needless to say, the ones that made it were very, very excited, and the ones that didn’t make it, were obviously disappointed.
