They say Justin Bieber sent out invites to his huge, upcoming 16th birthday party,but there’s a release form for parents that warns your child is risking death by going.

The invitation says that Justin will have all sorts of crazy activities at the L.A.-based party which will includes: paintball, basketball, sumo wrestling, laser tag, and something about a workout gym. However, kids aren’t allowed to go unless their parents sign a waiver that states, “I fully understand my/minor’s participation may involve risk or serious injury or death.” Police recently had to shut down an in-store appearance Justin gave over in Paris,France last week. The next day he performed for a swarm of teenage girls over there. He also tweeted that Paris is crazy,and apologized to kids he didn’t get to meet.
