Jake picked Vienna & dumped Tenley in ‘The Bachelor’ 14 finale. The show kicked off with a brief preview of tonights show. Then Jake talked about how he felt about the two finalist, Tenley and Vienna. Next, they showed footage of Jake with his family. He told them how he felt about both of the girls. He was worried that they wouldn’t like Vienna. First, Tenley came to visit Jake’s family. Tenley and Jake’s mother had a private talk,and they cried together. Tenley really impressed his mother. She really like her. She also talked with Jake’s father, and he really liked her as well. Afterwards, their whole family all hopped in the pool.

After the break, Vienna came to meet Jake’s family. Jake was worried because he had already told his family that the rest of the girls didn’t like her,and the family didn’t seem to impressed. Jake’s mother was worried that Vienna couldn’t get along with the other girls. Vienna talked privately with Jake’s sisters. Then she talked with Jake’s mother. His sisters said that they thought Vienna really cares for Jake and they really appreciated that. Jake’s mother said she was worried about Vienna at first,but after talking with her,she like her and thought she would make a good wife for him. Afterwards, Jake and Vienna went swimming alone and kissed. Vienna had a special talk with Jake,and gave him her father’s special promise ring.

After the break, he went to see Tenley again in Saint Lucia. They took a boat ride and kissed. Then they went scuba diving. Later that day on the boat, Jake seemed to hurt Tenley’s feelings when he told her that their physical chemistry is building kind of slow. She started crying in his arms. Later on that night,he apologized for hurting her feelings,and they kissed. Then she gave him pictures of their time together on the beach,and they kissed some more,while in the bed. After the break, Jake talked with the ring man about which ring he was going to pick,but still didn’t know who he would pick at that time.

After the break, Jake let Tenley know that she wasn’t the one. He said something just didn’t feel right,but that she was perfect. She said, “Thank you for showing me what I could have.” She was very sweet about it. She cried in the car ride home. After the break, Jake gave Vienna her father’s promise ring back to her,and then proposed to her. She ,of course,said yes and then they hugged and kissed. They closed it out with romantic music and scenes from their moments together on the show. He also gave her the final rose. I personally wanted him to pick Tenley,but well, to each is their own.
