Tyler’s mom tries romancing Damon & more in this new set of “Vampire Diaries” spoilers that have just come out from TV Guide. They say Tyler’s mom is going to try romancing Damon to deal with her husband’s infidelity,and more. When “Vampires Diaries” returns on March 25, you’re going to see a new set of characters join the show. Melinda Clarke from The O.C. is joining the show as Matt’s MIA mother named Kelly. Susan Walters will play Tyler’s mother named Mrs. Lockwood.

They will appear in the in the upcoming “Vampire Diaries” episode 15 of season 1,which is entitled, “A Few Good Men.” In the episode, Sheriff Forbes will ask Damon to participate in a bachelor auction officiated by Mrs. Lockwood. Matt’s mess of a mom will interfere in his relationship with Caroline. Caroline’s mother will reveal to Damon why Alaric Saltzman really came to town. And as mentioned earlier, Tyler’s cougar mother will cope with her husband’s infidelity by trying to hit on Damon.
