What do the critics really know? Their reviews aren't typically in step with the American public. I dragged my husband with me who doesn't share my interest in Robert Pattinson. This movie surprised him - it made Mr. Macho laugh and . . . .cry which is extremely rare. This has all of the ingredients of a great film. All of the broken characters were credible, the pace was good, the up and down emotional aspects were very effective. The dailog felt real and not contrived. It was a believable. Everyone walked out of the theatre very much affected - in a positive way. It was touching without being maudlin. It makes you re-evaluate where you are and appreciate what you have. It provides a reminders that we all need. The very sensitive ending was handled in a very respectful manner. I wouldn't have been able to watch it otherwise.Great job Rob!!!!
