Louie Stravato & Michael Naylor got eliminated from “Amazing Race” 16 in episode 11. Tonight’s show kicked off with scenes from last week when Louie & Michael finished in last place,but didn’t get eliminated due to it being a non-elimination week. Then the teams had to go to the Garden Bridge to find their first clue. Next, the teams had to take a bus to the “Longhua Temple” to get their next clue. Then they faced a road block where they had to count how many golden statues were in the temple to get their next clue. If they guessed the wrong number,they had to wait ten minutes before giving it another try. After that, the teams had to go to a Garden on marked motor cycles to get their next clue. Once they found the clue, they had to do their detours.

They got choose between the “Pork Chops” detour, or the “Pork Dumplings” detour. In the “Pork Chops” detour, the teams had to find the “Art Stone” store, and find little statues that had their names on the bottom of them to get their next clue. In the “Pork Dumplings” detour, the teams had to get ten orders of dumplings,and then run through the busy town to deliver them, to get their next clue.

Meanwhile, Michael & Louie faced a “speed bump” that no one else had to do, since they came in last place last week. In their speed bump, they both had to successfully toss a coin into a giant incense burner to continue the regular race. They completed it,and caught up to Dan & Jordan at the detour to make it close.

After the teams completed their detours, they had to go to the Riverside Promenade, which was their next pit stop. Brent & Caite arrived in first place, and won a trip for two to Coastal Spain from Travelocity. Jet & Cord arrived in 2nd place, Dan & Jordan arrived in 3rd place, and Louie & Michael arrived in last place after a very close race,so they had to say goodbye to the “Amazing Race” 16 in episode 11. Brent & Caite, Jet & Cord,and Dan & Jordan are the three final teams this season,and will face off next week for the coveted $1 million dollar grand prize.
