Elisabeth Hasselbeck cries up an apology to Erin Andrews on ‘The View.’ Earlier this morning on ABC’s “The View” Elisabeth Hasselbeck cried up a public apology to ESPN Reporter Erin Andrews for some offensive comments she said about her on the show yesterday (video clip below).

According to TMZ , she faced a lot of heat yesterday after she made a comment suggesting that Erin’s peeping Tom could have waited to see Erin in a revealing nature by watching her on “Dancing With The Stars” this season,suggesting that Erin dresses too provocative on the show with her revealing uniforms.

In the clip (below), Elizabeth took a moment to publicly apologize to Erin on the show even though she supposedly took her five year old daughter’s advice to just call Erin and apologize to her. She started shedding a few tears, and it appeared to be a very emotional moment for her. She explained that she felt bad about the things she said yesterday,and wants to use her “voice” to build up people and not tear them down.
