Miley Cyrus spotted rockin the bikini again down in Mexico. Popstar/actress Miley Cyrus was recently spotted south of the border in Mexico yesterday. She was sporting the bikini again,along with some cool sunglasses while on the beach with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus. She looked to be having fun as she ran around the beach in the paparazzi photos. According to celebrity-gossip.net, Miley Cyrus who will be turning 18 on her next birthday, has decided not to go to college.

She revealed the news on a show called Q100′s Bert Show. She stated, “My sister went to NDSU in Nashville, so I’d probably want to be there with all my friends, but I’m not gonna go to college right now.” She went onto to say that she can go to college anytime,stating, “I am a firm believer that you can go back at any age you want, because my grandma went back to college at 62 years old.”
