Dave Batista quit the WWE to become an MMA fighter. According to TMZ, former WWE superstar Dave Batista recently quit the WWE after his contract ran out,and is now going to become an MMA fighter. They say that Dave Batista who is a former six-time WWE heavyweight champion of the world, will now be fighting for real for an MMA company called “Strikeforce.”

However, there are other reports saying that he has not signed with “Strikeforce” yet. So, it still has not been confirmed whether he will be joining the UFC or Strikeforce at this time. The TMZ cameras (video below) recently caught up to Batista this past weekend in Hollywood,California where he revealed to them that he would indeed be an MMA fighter,and already has his first fight lined up.
