The Hills’ Heidi Montag hires top lawyer to divorce Spencer Pratt. According to TMZ, it looks like MTV’s “The Hills” stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are really getting a divorce after all,but I don’t wanna speak too soon. They say that Heidi has hired a top divorce lawyer named Jodeane Farrell to move things along.

Jodeane has already taken steps to get the quickest divorce possible in the state of California. Jodeane has practiced family law for 24 years and is currently handling divorce mediations. She will be setting up a meeting with Heidi and Spencer in two weeks. Heidi and Spencer want the divorce mediated,which means they will try and come to an agreement over the property settlement privately,wait the six months required by California law,and then end their marriage.

Heidi wants Jodeane to be the mediator as long as Spencer is ok with it. Jodeane apparently has close family ties with the Montag family. Jodeane plans to meet with Heidi and Spencer together,and schedule a meeting with their accountant to go over assets and liabilities.
