Tom Cruise ‘Knight And Day’ movie delivered a great action thrill ride. 20th Century Fox released their new Tom Cruise branded action flick “Knight And Day” into theaters this weekend. I just got done watching it,and thought it was awesome despite mixed reviews from the top movie critics. This movie delivered one hell of a thrill ride,and reminded me of Tom Cruise in the “Mission Impossible” flicks. It was pretty damn cool as they say. It stars: Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Peter Sarsgaard, Viola Davis, Paul Dano, Maggie Grace, and Marc Blucas.
“Knight And Day” revolved around characters Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) and June Haven (Cameron Diaz). June is a single chick who’s trying to catch a flight to be apart of her sister’s wedding,but little does she know that she’s about to embark on a roller coaster ride for her life after she boards a plane she wasn’t supposed to get on with secret spy Roy Miller. Roy is a highly trained secret spy who’s trying to keep a new,neverending-energy, battery from falling into the wrong hands,as well as protecting its young maker.
Roy eventually kills everyone on the plane,and lands it safely. From there, he takes June on an extreme roller coaster ride all across the world to protect her from people who are now trying to kill her for being associated with him. They eventually end up safe,but not without killing a whole bunch of people in high action shootout scenes,getting shot at by huge plane missiles,engaging in high speed car chases while being shot at,almost getting killed by hired assassins,and more. The movie was exciting,and very fun to watch. It also has some romance for all the ladies out there.
Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz displayed great onscreen chemistry. I can tell that they must have had a great time filming this awesome flick as it never had a boring moment in it. This one had my eyes glued to the screen,wondering what would happen next. Oh, and it also had a great motorcycle scene that involved a bunch of sprinting bulls towards the end. the media has just decided it is time for cruise to make a comeback. he was a top ten box office draw for 20 years. he has all ready had quite a career. he will continue to have a career for years to come, but he is no longer the star he once was. even before the glib, the couch, the brooke shields, the scientology tape leak, his films were costing more and making less at the box office.
