Why would you change the main character of the movie?? Keeping the same cast is what makes the movie. This is stupid.

Sony screwed up big time & they know it. Everyone knows it. Instead of letting Raimi, Maguire & Company continue to tell stories for as long as they wanted. The films were wildly entertaining & extremely lucrative for the studio. Sooooo, what do they do? Kill the goose that laid the golden eggs. Epically bad decision. Here’s a clue, movie studio morons: you could’ve rebooted @ any point in time down the road. Instead, you decide to go & f*ck up this franchise right now. Fools!

  3. Heather says:

The 3rd movie sucked. Tobey is too old and Raimi needs to move on. It’s why it’s called a REBOOT. Something had to change in order for the movies to continue and Tobey wasn’t exactly the greatest pick to begin with.

Andrew Garfield is a quality actor, as seen by his performance in the ‘Red Riding’ film. Though whether or not it’ll all work out has yet to be seen.
