Nilka Hendricks got eliminated from “Hell’s Kitchen” 7 in episode 10. Episode 10 started off with scenes from episode 9 when Fran got eliminated. Then the girl’s team welcomed Autumn back to their team. Next, Gordon gave them their challenge,which was to make some creative lobster dishes in 45 minutes. Gordon invited three other top chefs to help him judge the team’s lobster dishes. With the score tied 1 to 1, it came down to Jay and Benjamin’s dishes for the win. Neither of them got a point,so Gordon decided to break the tie by giving a point to the one who had the best dish overall,which turned out to be Holli,so the girl’s team got a very rare win.

The girls got to go eat caviar and a $1,000 to go shopping as a reward.The guys had to clean everything and prep both kitchens for the main service as part of their punishment. Later on, Gordon decided to merge both kitchens together for the main service. Nilka messed up first by serving raw food. Later on, Nilka served more raw food. Nilka kept messing up. Gordon pulled her to the side,so he could chew her out some more. She started crying. Next, Ed started messing up the asparagus and garlic station. Nilka served raw lobster again.

Then Gordon told Nilka to take her jacket off,and get out. She begged him not to say that,and walked off the service. Then Nilka came back and tried to convince Gordon that she could still cook,and to let her stay. Gordon told the guys to get her out of there. She finally left and accepted her fate. Afterwards, Gordon went outside to give Nilka a hug and words of encouragement as she exited the show. Next, Gordon told them to nominate two people for nomination because he did the best job of the night. They nominated Ed and Autumn for elimination. Since Nilka was kicked off earlier, Gordon didn’t kick any of them off,but congratulated them for being the final 6 chefs this season,and gave them all black and white jackets.
