MTV Jersey Shore cast goes on strike for season 3 over money. According to TMZ, the current cast of MTV’s hit show “Jersey Shore” have decided again to demand more money from MTV by going on strike for the upcoming 3rd season of Jersey Shore. They say the cast is very dissatisfied over their contract situation,and have refused to shoot scenes for the new season 3 until they get a better deal.

The cast was supposed to start filming “at home” scenes yesterday for season 3,but JWOWW,Ronnie,Sammi,Pauly D,and Vinny told the MTV crews that they weren’t filming without new contracts. Snookie and Mike “The Situation” are supposed to shoot scenes today, but Mike maybe having contract issues of his own.

One of their sources said that the cast feels like they can make more money doing appearances for two months instead of filming scenes for the show. I personally think that logic is ridiculous since it’s the show that made them famous in the first damn place.
