Kara DioGuardi got fired from American Idol. According to TMZ, singer/songwriter, “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi has been fired from the show for it’s upcoming 10th season. They say that sources connected with the “American Idol” negotiations,say that Kara has judged her last contestant because she has indeed been fired.

The show will be going back to the three-judge format,and if all current deals are finalized, the new judge’s panel will consist of Randy Jackson,Jennifer Lopez,and Steven Tyler. The only way that Kara could get back on the show,is if Jennifer Lopez’ deal doesn’t work out. However, they have been told that deal is completed. So, the “American Idol” shakeup news is true. I believe that Nigel Lythgoe from “So You Think You Can Dance” had a lot to do with this new panel. It’s been reported that he has come back to produce the “American Idol” show.

It should be a little more cool to see Jennifer Lopez judging on there,but I wish they would’ve gotten P. Ditty or somebody mean to take Simon’s place. P. Ditty would’ve been excellent. He’s not afraid to be brutally honest. Sometimes, he’s worse than Simon. Oh,well. Also, Ellen DeGeneres announced earlier yesterday that she would not be returning to American Idol as well.
