Top critics gave new ‘Cats & Dogs 2’ movie pretty negative reviews. Warner Bros. Pictures released their new comedy “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge Of Kitty Galore” movie into theaters today,and the top movie critics were not impressed with it,stating that it was tiresome to watch. They gave it mostly Ds and a few Cs. It stars: Christina Applegate, Michael Clarke Duncan, Neil Patrick Harris, Sean Hayes, James Marsden, Bette Midler, Nick Nolte, Joe Pantoliano, Katt Williams, Chris O’Donnell, Jack McBrayer, Fred Armisen, and Paul Rodriguez.

Ty Burr at the Boston Globe gave it a C. He said, “stands to delight small children while probably causing their parents’ heads to cave in.” Adam Markovitz at Entertainment Weekly gave it a bad D rating. He stated, “No movie,whether aimed at adults or kids or canines themselves,has the right to be as tiresome and unoriginal as this action-comedy mutt.”

Bill Gibron at Filmcritic.com gave it a D+. He said, “Aimed squarely at a single digital IQ demographic and as irritating as a case of fleas.” Kirk Honeycutt from the Hollywood Reporter gave it another D+ rating. He said, “Too many frantic CGI critters ruin this spy movie with pets.”

Mike Hale at the New York Times gave it a D+ as well. He said, it was “a grind.” Claudia Puig over at USA Today gave it a C rating.
