Dinner For Schmucks movie delivered non-stop,eye tearing laughs. Paramount Pictures released their new comedy flick “Dinner For Schmucks” into theaters this weekend. I just got done watching it,and I’m still laughing over how funny it was. I’ve never seen Steve Carell be so funny. I agree with the top critics. He really did carry this movie, playing the comedic role of the idiot guy Barry. The movie stars: Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Jemaine Clement, Jeff Dunham, Bruce Greenwood, Ron Livingston, Stephanie Szostak, Lucy Davenport, and Kristen Schaal.

“Dinner For Schmucks” revolved around character Tim (Paul Rudd) and Barry (Steve Carell). Tim’s trying to get ahead in his investment company,or as they put it,move from the 6th floor to the 7th floor. He comes up with a great idea,so his boss invites him to a dinner, which could decide the fate of his promotion. However, the dinner is no ordinary dinner. He must invite the best idiot he can find because his colleagues like to laugh at stupid people, and actually give awards out to the biggest idiot.

Tim eventually meets Barry, and thinks he would be a perfect fit because he collects dead rats and dresses them up. However, he didn’t quite know what he was in for when he befriended Barry. He literally destroys Tim’s love life and nearly his business life in a matter of two days. Barry invites a stalker ex-fling to Tim’s house, wrecks a business meeting, forces Tim into a situation where has to propose to the stalker, throws Tim’s back out, throws Tim’s Porsche keys into someone’s apartment, and more. But the movie ends with a great storyline because Barry ends up fixing what was most important to Tim.

I thought the movie was freakin hilarious. It delivered one funny scene right after another. It was never boring and extremely outrageous. There was some comedy in this film that I’ve never witnessed before. They really dug deep to bring out crazy laughs with this flick. The storyline was pretty good. However,it really wouldn’t have mattered if it wasn’t, because the movie was just funny as hell. A total riot.

Steve Carell was great as Barry. Anything you could think of to do wrong,he did it. It was insane. Oh, and there’s a scene with a female puppet accusing people of looking down her dress, which was absolutely hilarious. “Dinner For Schmucks” is in theaters now.
