Pretty Little Liars’ Lucy Hale to appear in new Scream 4 movie. According to MTV’s Hollywood Crush, Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale is going to appear in the new Scream 4 movie that’s coming out next year,along with hot 90210 star Shenae Grimes.

They report that the filming is currently underway,and that Lucy and Shenae both broke the news of their appearance in the flick own their own,via “Twitter.” Shenae took to her “Twitter” account,and wrote, “on set waiting to bang out my cameo in scream 4! All hush hush but stay tuned! X” She also included a pic from the set. Then Lucy responded to Shenae with, “shenaeSG hey girl heyyy.” Next, Shenae tweeted, “lucyyhale what’s your favorite scary movie?? LOL glad to be here with ya! X”

As previously reported, True Blood star Anna Paquin and former Veronica Mars and NBC Heroes actress Kristen Bell have also recently signed on to appear in the popular horror flick franchise’s 4th installment. So, it looks like there’s gonna be a ton of young stars showing up to do cameos just like in the first three films,which took place in the late 90′s. “Scream 4″ movie is scheduled to hit theaters on April 15,2011.
