Top critics gave new ‘Devil’ movie mediocre reviews so far. Universal Pictures released their new horror/thriller flick “Devil” into theaters today,and the top critics have given it pretty mediocre reviews so far. Only three critics have reviewed it at the moment.

It looks like they were shut out from early reviews of the film. It’s garnered a few C ratings from the top critics,and stars: Chris Messina, Geoffrey Arend, Logan Marshall-Green, Bojana Novakovic, Jenny O’Hara, Bokeem Woodbine,and Jacob Vargas.

John P. McCarthy at Box Office Magazine gave it a C+. He said, “There are a sufficient number of jolts thanks to quick edits and sound effects, plus the script’s efficient structure.” Adam Markovitz over at Entertainment Weekly gave it another C+ rating. He stated, “A pocket-size supernatural thriller that plays a bit like Agatha Christie’s Ten Little Indians retold by an unstable Sunday School teacher.” Read the rest of this entry »

Top critics gave new ‘Easy A’ movie positive reviews. Screen Gems released their new comedy/drama flick “Easy A” into theaters today,and the top movie critics appeared to like it for the most part,giving it mostly A and B ratings across the board. The movie stars: Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Amanda Bynes, Thomas Haden Church, Patricia Clarkson, Cam Gigandet, Lisa Kudrow, Malcolm MacDowell, Aly Michalka, and Stanley Tucci.

Roger Ebert from the Chicago Sun-Times gave it an A rating. He said “It’s a funny, engaging comedy that takes the familiar but underrated Emma Stone and makes her, I believe, a star.” Lou Lumenick from the New York Post gave it another A. He stated, “Writer-director Will Gluck has written a stiletto-sharp, zinger-filled script that recalls Mean Girls as well as the films of John Hughes, which are sampled to amusing effect in a clever clip montage.” Read the rest of this entry »

Top critics gave new ‘Alpha And Omega’ movie mediocre reviews. Lionsgate released their new animated/adventure flick “Alpha and Omega” into theaters today,and the top movie critics appeared to think it was pretty average to mediocre at best with mostly C ratings across the board. The movie stars: Justin Long, Hayden Panettiere, Dennis Hopper, Danny Glover, Larry Miller, Eric Price, Vicki Lewis, Chris Carmack, Kevin Sussman, Brian Donovan, and Christina Ricci.

Matt Stevens from E! Online gave it a C rating. He said, “Young viewers might be distracted enough by the log-sledding critters to overlook the movie’s lack of wit, but for most, there’s nothing here to howl about.”

Adam Markovitz at Entertainment Weekly gave it a C. He stated, “Underwhelming in the style of most off-brand CG.” Bill Gibron from Filmcritic.com gave it a C-. He said, “This is a movie that doesn’t take risks, that relies solely on the need for PG-rated fare for the smaller members of the nuclear family.” Read the rest of this entry »

Top critics gave new Ben Affleck ‘The Town’ movie positive reviews. Warner Bros. Pictures released their new Ben Affleck branded,action/drama flick “The Town” into theaters today,and the top critics seemed to be pretty impressed with it,giving it mostly B ratings across the board. The movie stars: Ben Affleck, Rebecca Hall, Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner, Blake Lively, Pete Postlethwaite, and Chris Cooper.

Ty Burr from the Boston Globe gave it a B. He said, “it’s moody and grim and engrossing if you approach it with the right expectations.” Roger Ebert from the Chicago Sun-Times gave it another B. He stated, “Affleck has the stuff of a real director.”

Michael Phillips over at the Chicago Tribune gave it a B- rating. He said, “It’s violent but softhearted.” Lisa Schwarzbaum over at Entertainment Weekly gave it a great A- rating. She stated that it was, “satisfying, flavorful.” Read the rest of this entry »

Sarah Palin to attend ‘Dancing With The Stars’ 11 to root on Bristol. According to TMZ, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin is scheduled to attend the season opener of ABC’s hit show “Dancing With The Stars” 11 to root on her 19 year old daughter Bristol Palin.

They say that Sarah Palin will be in the audience to cheer on her daughter Bristol for the “Dancing With The Stars” 11 season premiere this Monday night. It’s reported that the security has been beefed up for Sarah’s appearance. Big Brother 11 Michele Noonan to get naked in Playboy reality show. According to TMZ and other sources, Michele Noonan from last year’s CBS Big Brother 11 reality show is now heading to Playboy to get naked and nasty in their new reality show entitled, “Foursome.”

They say that Michele will be joining four other former reality show stars to get butt ass naked for an X-rated,uncensored TV show,and three of them have sex on the show. Sources close to the production of the show, say that Michele Noonan from CBS Big Brother 11 and Heat from VH1′s “I Love New York” will both appear on the new season,along with Pumkin from “Flavor Of Love,” and Dunbar from MTV’s “Real World: Sydney.” Read the rest of this entry »

Adam Lambert gets battery charges filed on him & could go to jail. According to TMZ, top selling music star Adam Lambert is getting battery misdemeanor charges filed on him for attacking the paparazzi guy yesterday in Miami,and could face up to one year in jail if convicted.

They say that the paparazzi guy who got attacked by Adam on the beach yesterday went to the Miami Beach Police station at about 10:30pm last night,and filed a report,which accused Adam of misdemeanor battery. Read the rest of this entry »

Adam Lambert spotted attacking a Paparazzi guy in Miami yesterday. Apparently, top selling music artist and American Idol alum Adam Lambert lost his temper a little bit while vacationing in Miami,Florida yesterday afternoon as he was spotted grabbing one of the paparazzi guys,and friends had to eventually pull him off.

CW released new Vampire Diaries season 2,episode 4 spoilers. The CW recently released some more interesting spoiler information for the upcoming “Vampire Diaries” episode 4 of season 2. The episode is entitled, “Memory Lane,”and with good reason as Katherine will reveal some shocking,new secrets from the past to Stefan,and more.

In “Memory Lane” episode, Stefan will take drastic measures to find out the real reason Katherine has returned to Mystic Falls,and will get shocked when she reveals new secrets about what really happened in 1864. Stefan finds new,crazy danger & more in CW’s “Vampire Diaries” episode 3 of season 2. We’ve got some spoilers for the show,along with a wild promo clip after the jump. The episode is entitled, “Bad Moon Rising,” and things get crazy once again as Stefan and Caroline get circled in the woods by a new danger. I suspect it could be a werewolf.

In “Bad Moon Rising” episode, Elena,Damon,and Alaric will take a road trip to Duke University,and will search through Isobel’s research on folklore and paranormal phenomena to see if they can uncover any clues to the mystery surrounding the Lockwood family.
