Twilight’s Dakota Fanning Gives Up New Leading Movie Role For School
Twilight’s Dakota Fanning gives up new leading movie role for school. According to the LA Times, Twilight Saga movie star Dakota Fanning has decided to drop her new, leading movie role in “If I Stay,” so she can continue her schooling.
They say that Dakota has opted not to make the movie after agreeing to do it back in October. Since she was the leading actress in the film,it has thrown the entire project into question. Dakota’s rep recently confirmed she would not shoot the film and chalked it up to Dakota’s desire to finish her senior year of high school.
Dakota will still reprise her Volturi vampire Jane character in the final “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” films, and do another smaller independent movie, but will not take on a significant role until after she graduates high school this spring.
The “If I Stay” movie is another Summit Entertainment production, and has been a high priority for the studio. It’s about a teenage musician, her boyfriend, and a fatal car accident. Follow us on Facebook for more movie news, and more by Clicking Here. Get cool “Twilight Saga” stuff by Clicking Here.
