Screen Gems released new ‘Priest’ Super Bowl movie clip spot. Screen Gems released the new Super Bowl,movie clip spot for their upcoming action/thriller/sci-fi flick “Priest” last night,and the clip looks pretty wild,featuring a ton of action scenes with Paul Bettany,playing the accused rogue priest. The movie stars: Paul Bettany, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Lily Collins, Steven Moyer, Brad Dourif,and Christopher Plummer.

“Priest,” is set in an alternate world,which is ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampires. The movie revolves around a legendary Warrior Priest (Paul Bettany) from the last Vampire War who now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in the walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church.

His niece (Lily Collins) eventually gets abducted by a murderous pack of vampires,causing Priest to break his sacred vows,and ventures out on a quest to find her before they turn her into a vampire.

He is joined on his venture by his niece’s boyfriend, a young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess,played by Nikita’s Maggie Q who possesses otherworldly fighting skills. “Priest” movie hits theaters on May 13th.
