Casey Abrams eliminated from ‘American Idol 10′ tonight in round 8. Tonight’s elimination show kicked off with another “behind the scenes” video of the contestants. Then the final six contestants performed a few songs together to lead into the first break. After the first break, they showed another Ford music video the contestants made. Then last year’s American Idol 2nd place finisher Crystal Bowersox hit the stage to sing a song.

Afterwards,she gave all the contestants a hug to lead into the break. After the break, Ryan talked with the contestants for a bit,and had them answer questions,submitted by fans. Then Ryan revealed that Haley was safe this week. Next,they showed recap footage of Scotty, Lauren,and Casey’s performances from last night to lead into the break.

After the break, Ryan revealed that James,and Lauren were safe this week. Then they viewed more recap footage from last night’s performances to lead into yet another break. After the break,soul singer Bruno Mars hit the stage to sing his song titled, “Lazy Song” to lead into the final break.

After the final break, Ryan revealed that Jacob was safe this week. Then he revealed that Casey Abrams got the least amount of votes this week. Next, they showed a video montage of his journey on the show. After that,Casey sang a very passionate final song to close out the show.
