Sarah Michelle Gellar said she hates new 2012 Buffy Vampire Slayer movie idea

CNN recently chatted with former Buffy the Vampire Slayer starlet Sarah Michelle Gellar,and she chimed in with her opinion of the remake movie idea for “Buffy The Vampire Slayer.” Apparently, she’s not too happy about it.

Just like her former co-stars, she thinks the movie is a lousy idea,especially since they’re doing it without Joss Whedon. She stated, “It was a movie. It’s been made. It stars Kristy Swanson. They don’t need to make another one.”

She went on to say, “I think it’s a horrible idea! To try to do a ‘Buffy’ without Joss Whedon? To be incredibly non-eloquent, that’s the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard!” Recent reports claim,Twilight Saga star Kristen Stewart is on tap to play the leading role,so that does sound interesting.
