Selena Gomez ditching Justin Bieber for New Year’s Eve 2012. According to Hollywood Life, Disney starlet Selena Gomez is apparently ditching her main squeeze Justin Bieber for the big New Year’s Eve holiday this year. However,we’re sure they’re going to hook back up,because it’s only due to the fact that she’ll be working that night with her band,onstage, at Times Square for MTV.

Selena gave an interview about it,and said, she’s very excited about it. “We’re going to be there, doing a performance, flying out my grandparents, my cousin, just spend it there.” Yeah, we’re sure Justin will try and find a way to get mingled in there somewhere,since they seem to be inseparable these days. Justin will also,reportedly,be performing that night at the Dick Clark New Year’s Rockin Eve. It sounds like New Year will be quite festive this year. But,then again, it’s pretty festive every year,isn’t it? Oh well. Just food for thought,I guess.

In related news, the couple reportedly spent money like insane people over in Washington,D.C. last weekend,dropping $10,000 a night on a hotel. Heck, if they come to Dallas,TX, I got a room I’d like to sell them,and I’ll only charge like $3,000 a night. That’s,apparently, a deal when it comes to these two.
