The Bachelor 2012 eliminated 7 women to kick off the season in episode 1 tonight.Tonight’s 16th season premiere of The Bachelor kicked off with a look back at the scene of Ben,getting turned down by Ashley Hebert in the Bachelorette season 7. Then Ben gave his spill about what he’s looking for in a woman. Next, they showed very intense,future scenes from the show to lead into the first break.

After the break, they showed a preview of all the ladies who are competing for Ben’s affection this season. Then Ben talked one on one with host Chris Harrison about how his experience with Ashley opened him up more to finding love,and that he’s ready to give it another shot.

After the break, Ben met the first 15 women for first time when they came out of the limo. Then,finally, some old lady with crutches came up to introduce her daughter Brittney to Ben,and also went inside with her. The other women made rude remarks about her in private interviews.

After the break, Ben met the final 10 women for the first time. Most of them seemed delightful. However,there was one chick that just walked past him without greeting him or anything. It was very weird. Finally,one girl named Lindzi C strolled up on a horse. She was very entertaining,pretty,and outgoing.

After the break, Ben headed inside to talk with the ladies 1 on 1. At one point, Ben had a bit of an awkward moment with Brittney and her grandmother. The other girls joked about it too. They’re cold. Finally,the grandmother left,and Brittney didn’t have much to say after that,except how great her grandmother is.

After the break,Ben continued to chat with the women. One girl named Emily started rapping for him,and he took a liking to it even though it was super,duper, corny. Monica and Jenna got into a bit of a tiff. Monica also started flirting with another girl named Blakeley,and it had the other women snickering like crazy.

Jenna kept constantly complaining about Monica to the point that it made herself break down and cry. Ben tried to talk with Jenna,but she gave off some negative vibes and it just turned out awkward. Then Jenna went to cry some more in the bathroom. She was a complete wreck. Ben ended up giving the horse riding girl Lindzi the “First Impression” rose,which I thought was a good choice. She seems pretty cool.

After the break, Ben gave out the roses at the rose ceremony,and Jamie,Rachel,Blakeley,Emily,Kacie B,Casey S,Brittney,Erica,Shawn,Nicki,Jennifer,Elyse,Samantha,Courtney,Jaclyn,Monica,and shockingly,Jenna got a rose,along with Lindzi,who got an early rose.
