New ‘Hunger Games’ movie photo features Katniss & Peeta prepping for action. Lionsgate recently released tis new photo for their upcoming action/drama flick “Hunger Games,” and it features main characters Katniss and Peeta. Jennifer lawrence plays Katniss,while Josh Hutcherson plays Peeta.

In this photo the two appear to be very focused. Well, at least Peeta does. They’re both dressed up in their District 12,training outfits to compete in some very intense games that will result in death. The movie stars: Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Wes Bentley, Toby Jones, Alexander Ludwig, Isabelle Fuhrman, Amandla Stenberg, Stanley Tucci,and Donald Sutherland.

The flick is based on the best-selling novel by Suzanne Collins,and set in a future where the Capitol selects a boy and girl from the twelve districts to fight to the death on live television. Katniss Everdeen volunteers to take her younger sister’s place for the latest match. It’s scheduled to hit theaters on March 23rd. Advanced tickets go on sale on February 22nd.
