Annie’s escort past may get revealed publicly & more in CW’s “90210″ episode 15 of season 4. We’ve got spoilers for the show,along with a promo clip after the jump. The episode is called, “Trust, Truth and Traffic,” and things will definitely get interesting as Annie may be forced to reveal her promiscuous past,and more.

In the new “Trust, Truth and Traffic” episode, Annie will have to make a decision that could expose her work as an escort when Dixon gets arrested in connection with a fire at a sorority house. Adrianna and Silver will attempt to put their past behind them, which results in disaster for Silver’s relationship with Greg.

Vanessa will help throw a party to re-launch Liam’s bar, where the All-American Rejects perform. Greg tells Silver, “I can’t have you in my life.” Adrianna and Silver are finally seen,making up after all this time. Episode 15 airs Tuesday,January 31st at 7pm central time on the CW.
