CW ‘One Tree Hill’ released 3rd,new episode 4,season 9 spoiler clip. CW recently dropped a new,very interesting,sneak peek,clip (below) for their upcoming “One Tree Hill” episode 4,and it features teasers for a new villain that’s about to arrive on the scene,and more. The episode is titled, ” Don’t You Want to Share The Guilt?”

In the clip, producer Mark Schwahn chimes in to give us a brief,interesting preview of a new villain that’s coming to town,named Tara,who is played by hottie actress Chelsea Kane. Some of you may recognize Chelsea as the 3rd place finisher in ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” show a couple seasons back.
