New ‘One Tree Hill’ ep 4,season 9 photo features new hot villain chick arriving. CW recently released this new photo from their upcoming “One Tree Hill” episode 4,and it features hot and sexy actress Chelsea Kane as new character Tara,who will be showing up on the scene to stir up trouble in Tree Hill this season.

Some of you guys may know Chelsea from being a 3rd place finisher in ABC’s hit show “Dancing With The Stars” a couple of seasons back. She also played character Stella Malone in Disney Channel’s Jonas L.A. show.

Her character Tara will also be the owner of the rival restaurant,located across the street from Karen’s Cafe. Unfortunately,we don’t have any specific details on the mischief she will cause on the show,but we think it will have something to do with the whole restaurant angle. Also,later on in the season, Brooke is seen,vandalizing a restaurant,which could very well be Tara’s spot. It should get interesting.

As for episode 4,Clay is going to find himself in major trouble with Dan for putting Quinn in danger over his little drug deals. Clay is also seen,yelling at Quinn to stay the hell away from him.
